Mini Landscapes
I often carry a pocket sized sketchbook and watercolor palette with me in a small bag. Below are some of the plein-air sketches I've done over the years from different places I lived or traveled to. Some of these were scribbled in 15 minutes and others painted with no need to hurry.
Supplies:
Sketchbook: 3.5" x 5.5" Stillman & Birn: Beta or Zeta Series
Paint: Schmincke tin with Schmincke and Daniel Smith Watercolors
Also, a blue colored pencil, clips, water container, paper towel, travel-sized watercolor brushes, and a mini spray bottle.
